<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulence preventing cap which allows fraudulence to be confirmed by a sealing member provided successively to a hinge cap in a separable fashion, maintains a lid closed state more strongly and prevents an upper lid from being easily opened even when force is applied thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge cap includes a cap body mounted on a container mouth part and the upper lid connected to the cap body by a hinge so as to be opened and closed. In the hinge cap, the cap body includes a fitting cylinder part and an outer peripheral wall having the hinge and the sealing member provided successively to prescribed positions of an outer peripheral upper part of the cap body, the sealing member is provided successively to the outer peripheral wall at an inner peripheral lower end so as to be broken and has a notched part formed in a prescribed position, the upper lid has a top wall and an outer cylinder, the hinge is provided successively to a prescribed position of a lower part of the outer cylinderk, an engagement protrusion inserted into the notched part of the sealing member and engaged therewith is disposed on a side opposite from the hinge, and a tongue piece inserted between an external cylinder and the outer peripheral wall of the cap body when the upper lid is closed centering on a side opposite from the hinge is provided in a hung fashion on a lower surface of the outer cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
