<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination type optical disk medium having recording layers of different formats, which configures a single volume space continued from respective recording layers, and can control access and reproduction to/from the space. <P>SOLUTION: In the combination type optical disk medium including at least first and second recording layers different recording densities, the optical disk medium forms each of first and second volume spaces in each of the first and second recording layers, each of the respective volume spaces include identification information identifying the start or the end of the volume spaces, configuration information of a file and a directory, and a storage region of data, and one volume space records the identification information in the other volume space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
