<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus capable of reducing manufacturing costs and improving work efficiency during manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power conversion apparatus 1 comprises a laminated body 4 in which a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a plurality of cooling tubes 3 are laminated. The semiconductor module 2 comprises a body part 21 in which a semiconductor element configuring an electric power conversion circuit is installed therein, and a signal terminal 22 and a power terminal 23 conducting with the semiconductor element project from an edge face 10 of the body part 21. A control circuit substrate 5 for controlling operations of the semiconductor element is connected to the signal terminal 22. The electric power conversion apparatus 1 comprises a current sensor 6 for measuring an amount of the current to be controlled output from the power terminal 23. The current sensor 6 comprises a signal terminal 60 for the sensor for transmitting and receiving signals between the current sensor and the control circuit substrate 5.
