<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dew-point air generator that generates low dew-point air with low energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The low dew-point air generator 10 includes a moisture condensing unit 12, a temperature-swing adsorption unit 14, a low dew-point air supply unit 16, and a first and a second 4-port automatic flow-path switching mechanisms 22a, 22b for switching the flow-paths of air flowing between the individual units connected thereby. The first and the second 4-port automatic flow-path switching mechanisms 22a, 22b are integrated by combining four solenoid valves each comprising three ports, and as a whole include four ports each serving as an inflow port or an outflow port of air, air for use in regeneration, or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
