UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground irrigation system capable of effectively supplying water even to a field on a slope land.

SOLUTION: The underground irrigation system installed in a cropland 11 provided on a slope land includes: a main water supply and drainage channel 14 provided toward a drainage channel 13 provided on a lower side of the cropland 11 in an inclination direction from a water supply channel 12 provided on an upper side in the inclination direction; and a plurality of water supply and drainage branch pipes 15 that diverge from the main water supply and drainage channel 14. The water supply and drainage branch pipe 15 is a porous pipe embedded in the cropland 11 at a predetermined depth and in a parallel direction to the contour in the cropland 11.
