<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time correction method of an on-vehicle clock with which a time can be corrected each time the crew gets on a vehicle even at a place where no radio wave is delivered. <P>SOLUTION: A time correction method of an on-vehicle clock includes the steps of detecting an open state of a vehicle door through door detection means 5 provided in a vehicle, searching for a proximity radio communication enabled device in an area around a clock through search means 6 provided in the vehicle, acquiring time data from the device through time acquisition means 8 provided in the vehicle after the search means 6 discovers the device, determining matching between a time indicated by time information held by time holding means 3 and a time indicated by time information acquired from the device through determination means 9 provided in the vehicle, and correcting the time indicated by the time information held by the time holding means 3 into the time indicated by the time information acquired from the device through correction means 10 provided in the vehicle when the time indicated by the time information held by the time holding means 3 and the time indicated by the time information acquired from the device are not matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
