PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate medical image data by appropriately performing subtraction processing of image data at an imaging part even when the imaging part locally moves.

SOLUTION: This medical image forming apparatus includes a data processing means and a processing range setting means. The data processing means generates diagnostic image data with local alignment processing between image data for a plurality of frames collected at different imaging timing. The processing range setting means sets a range of the alignment processing and displays the set range of the alignment processing together with a reference image on a display device.
