<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed data transmission system capable of preventing a great reduction of a data transmission speed even if a packet-loss or fluctuation of delay occurs during a data transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A data transmission method includes: a first step of continuously sending plural packets to a destination; a second step of receiving a confirmation of receiving (Ack) indicating that the destination receives at least a part of the plural packets, sent from the destination; a third step of re-sending a packet(s) for which an Ack is not received, the packet(s) sent before sending a packet of which reception by the destination has been confirmed via an Ack.
