<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler mounting structure of a cylinder block, which is capable of controlling vibration of the core of an oil cooler, and capable of improving the efficiency of cooling oil. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure, a water-cooled oil cooler 20 for heat exchange between cooling water and oil is mounted on the cylinder block 10 of an engine, and a core 21 of the oil cooler 20 is stored in a recess 13 in which the cooling water in the cylinder block 10 is circulated. A spacer 40 consisting of an elastic member is wound around an outer circumference of the core 21.
