<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device having a high converging rate at a low cost as a solid state imaging device such as a CCD image sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A solid state imaging device 1a formed in a semiconductor substrate 10 and having a photo-electric conversion part 11 for photo-electric converting an incident light comprises a collecting lens 24 arranged on the semiconductor substrate so as to face the photo-electric conversion part and collecting the incident light; and an optical waveguide 22a arranged between the photo-electric conversion part and the collecting lens and guiding the incident light collected by the collecting lens to the photo-electric conversion part. The collecting lens and the optical waveguide are positioned according to a cross sectional shape of a part contacting with both of them so that their center axes may be aligned with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
