<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rubber composition excellent in vulcanization rate and containing silica. <P>SOLUTION: The tire rubber composition contains a diene rubber, the silica, and a gallic acid and/or a gallic acid hydrate. The content of the silica is 20-100 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the diene rubber.
