<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wash an auxiliary tool for helping a male to urinate while standing, to eliminate the necessity of the auxiliary tool to aim at a toilet bowl, and the necessity of installation of the auxiliary tool in use. <P>SOLUTION: One end of a urination hose is connected to a lower part of a cup part 5 for covering a private part of the male 3. The other end of the urination hose 7 is fixed at the rim of the toilet bowl 9 by a fixing means 11. One end of a water washing hose 15 is connected to an upper rim part 13 of the cup part 5 so as to wash the cut part 5 or the urination hose 7. The other end of the water washing hose 15 is connected to a faucet 17 by a connection means 19. A water discharge part 23 in connection with one end of the water washing hose 15 is arranged at the rim part 21 of the cup part 5.
