A method, mobile terminal and system for implementing data synchronization are provided by the present invention. The data synchronization method of the present invention includes: a scheduled task command (Attention AT command) control module constructs an AT command for batch processing according to the service type and the configuration of a sliding window module, and transmits the command to a mobile terminal; after said mobile terminal has received said AT command, an AT processing module executes said AT command, and transmits the execution result to a Personal Computer (PC). Application of the technical solutions of the present invention, comparing with the prior synchronization technologies, improves the synchronization relation between the return of the AT command execution result and the transmission of the next AT command when service data is synchronized seriatim, enables the transmission of the AT commands for synchronizing data to get rid of the constraints of the returned result, achieves the effect of synchronizing data rapidly between the mobile terminal and the PC application, saves the system overhead, and enhances the user experience.
