摘要 <p>The method of manufacturing a function diaphragm with an illuminable symbol (12), comprises perforating symbols on a sheet provided as a diaphragm carrier (10), arranging an illumination (11) behind the diaphragm carrier in the viewing direction, and applying a protective coating (13) on the upper and/or lower side of the diaphragm carrier. The perforated layer comprises a carrier for a light sensitive photo layer, where the carrier is exposed by a motif film that is subsequently positioned on the carrier in a developer bath. The method of manufacturing a function diaphragm with an illuminable symbol (12), comprises perforating symbols on a sheet provided as a diaphragm carrier (10), arranging an illumination (11) behind the diaphragm carrier in the viewing direction, and applying a protective coating (13) on the upper and/or lower side of the diaphragm carrier. The perforated layer comprises a carrier for a light sensitive photo layer, where the carrier is exposed by a motif film that is subsequently positioned on the carrier in a developer bath, in which exposed areas are removed below to remain a rasterized image motif. The carrier is positioned in a galvanic bath, in which the nickel ions are separated from the carrier in the image motif free regions so that a perforated nickel metal sheet is produced with openings within the area of raster points of the image motif. A stainless steel cylinder is used as the carrier and coated with the light sensitive photo layer by spraying. The carrier is used as cathode in the galvanic bath under creation of a direct voltage so that the nickel ions are separated on the electrical conduction. A glass tool is provided on the metal sheet with a negative diagram for the perforation where exposure takes place under vacuum with UV light and then unexposed areas are removed by corroding under formation of the perforated metal sheet. The unperforated metal sheet is provided reciprocally with light sensitive coating so that the glass tool is positioned reciprocally on the metal sheet. A polyurethane layer is cast as protecting layer on the perforated metal sheet. The perforated metal sheet is fixed on a vacuum table and subsequently liquid polyurethane is poured on the opposed side. A polyethylene film is positioned between the vacuum table and the perforated metal sheet. The liquid polyurethane is cured in a drying oven at 45-55[deg] C and then the partly hardened polyurethane is completely cured under room temperature.</p>
