摘要 <p>A preparation method of an iron catalyst of the present invention comprises: the mixing step of mixing a ferric nitrate (Fe(NO3)3) aqueous solution and a cupric nitrate (Cu(NO3)2) aqueous solution to make a mixture solution; the precipitate slurry formation step of adding at least one of a sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH) aqueous solution to the mixture solution to form a precipitate slurry; the washing step of filtering and washing the precipitate slurry using distilled water; the silica addition step of adding a fumed silica powder and a potassium carbonate (K2CO3) solution to the precipitate slurry and stirring the same; the drying step of allowing the precipitate slurry to pass through a sieve with a size of 30-100 ? and drying the same by a spray drying method to prepare an iron catalyst in powder form; and the heat treatment step of drying the iron catalyst at 50-150 ? and heat treating the same at 300-500 ?. According to the present invention, the reactivity at a preparation reaction can be remarkably improved by mixing iron, copper, potassium, cobalt, sodium, silica and the like by the optimum ratio, the method is environmentally friendly and economical since an appropriate amount of sodium is naturally left in a catalyst in the preparation step, enabling 80% or more of the amount of distilled water required for filtration and washing to be reduced, unlike the prior art, and productivity is also excellent since the time required for filtration and washing can be remarkably reduced to 15 hours down to a minimum of 2 hours.</p>
