PURPOSE: A light emitting diode-based light transmitting lamp with superior installing characteristic is provide to improve the heat emitting performance of a heat sink by combining a housing with an installing bracket. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode-based light transmitting lamp includes a light emitting part(400), a housing(200), a heat sink(300), a protective window(420), an installing bracket(100), and a current converting unit. The light emitting part is composed of a light source part and a printed circuit board(401). A plurality of light emitting diode elements(402) is arranged on the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is installed in the housing based on a screw. The light emitting part is installed in the housing. The heat sink is installed at the upper side of the housing to extinct heat generated at the heat emitting part.
