A curing apparatus (140, 240) and a display panel assembly device (100) using the same are provided. The display panel assembly device (100) comprises a liquid crystal injecting apparatus (110), an aligning and combining apparatus (120), a conveying apparatus (130) and the curing apparatus (140, 240). The curing apparatus (140, 240) comprises a bearing stage (141, 241) for bearing a display panel (101) and a plurality of curing units (142, 242) provided above the bearing stage (141, 241), wherein the curing units (142, 242) are arranged according to the frame glue pattern of the frame glue (105). The number of the curing units and the energy used thereof can be reduced.
