<p>The method involves regulating a power draw of a fan (5) of an extractor hood (2) as a function of an operating status of a member such as electronic electricity meter (20), heating system and air conditioning system (12). The power draw of the fan is reduced when the member adjusts temperature in a room in which the extractor hood is located. The power draw fan is reduced as a function of a current power level of the member. The power draw of the fan is reduced as a function of an electrical power draw of the member in an infinitely variable manner. An independent claim is also included for a control device for an extractor hood.</p> |
