The device (1) has a cutting and/or chamfering unit (16) driven in rotation around a tubular element so as to cut and/or chamfer the element. Fixing units (6) include tightening arms (7), each including an articulated end (7a) rotative along an axis parallel to a cutting and/or chamfering axis (A-A). The fixing units include closing or departing units for bringing closer or moving away the arm so as to tighten or release the element. The units include a threaded rod (10) and screw nuts at tightening ends for rotating the rod relative to the nuts aside or close to the arm from each other.
