The laundry is washed by moving laundry in a treatment liquid (17) stored in stationary tank (12). The laundry is partially washed in treatment liquid by vibration offset. The pressure waves are generated in treatment liquid using ultrasound and the laundry article (10) is washed, dried and smoothed.
