PURPOSE: A double-insulation window sill for re-modeling is provided to reduce construction periods and costs of removing an existing window sill by installing a new window sill without removing the existing window. CONSTITUTION: A double-insulation window sill for re-modeling comprises a top bar(1), a top cover bar(4), a bottom bar(2), a bottom cover bar(5), two side bars, and two cover bars. The top bar is connected by an insulating member(8) in a middle part and covers a top frame(31) of an existing window frame(30) to fix. The top cover bar is fixed with being connected to one side of the top bar. The bottom bar is connected each other with the insulating member and comprises a guide projection(2a). The bottom bar fixes a bottom frame(32) of the existing widow sill by covering. The bottom cover bar is fixed with being connected to one side of the bottom bar. The two side bars are connected each other with the insulating member and fix two side frames of the existing window sill by covering thereof. |
