PURPOSE: A heat resistance reinforced perovskite-based catalysts are provided to improve the high temperature stability of catalysts containing perovskite by reinforcing the adhesion of the perovskite and carriers. CONSTITUTION: A heat resistance reinforced perovskite-based catalysts contain noble metal active species, catalyst carriers, perovskite, and binding metals. The catalyst carriers are one or the mixture of alumina, ceria, titania, silica, and zirconia. The binding metals are one or more selected from La, Pr, Sc, Ti, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Ir, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pr, Nd, Eu, and Er. The binding metals are substituted in the grids of the catalyst carriers or the grids of the perovskite. The ratio of the catalyst carriers, the perovskite, and the binding metals are 65-95 weight%: 1-40 weight%: 0.1-20 weight%. |
