PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to prevent damage of an LED(Light Emitting Diode) due to different thermal expansion rates of a light guide plate, a reflective film, and a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs are mounted on a printed circuit board(110). A receiving groove penetrates a light guide plate(130). The receiving groove receives the LEDs. The light guide plate comprises one side and the other side. The other side faces one side.
