PURPOSE: Health food rice laver roll, and a producing method thereof are provided to produce the rice laver roll without using salty pickled radish. CONSTITUTION: Health food rice laver roll is produced without salty pickled radish, and includes 210g of grains, 90g of fish or meat ingredients, and 210g of vegetables based on the daily recommended calorie. The meat ingredients include 40g of beef, 25g of ham, and 25g of eggs. The vegetables include carrot, cucumber, burdock, Korean leek, laver, and spinach. |
