PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing natural complex extract is provided to remove cellulite and to improve skin elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for slimming contains 0.001-50 wt% of complex extract of bitter buckwheat buds, ginsengs, and Artemisia iwayomogi. The bitter buckwheat bud extract and ginseng extract is prepared by glycolytic enzyme. A method for preparing the buckwheat bud extract comprises: a step of adding 5-10 times of water, ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethyl acetate, or chloroform to dried bitter buckwheat buds; a step of dissolving the bitter buckwheat buds and adding glucosidase, xylosidase, xylanase, cellulase, galactosidase, pectinase, or naringinase; and a step of stirring the extract at pH 3.5-5.0 and 25-50°C for 12-60 hours.
