PURPOSE: A front cover of an H-beam for a soundproof panel is provided to improve noise reduction efficiency by employing a noise interference unit on the front exposed part of an H-beam. CONSTITUTION: A front cover of an H-beam for a soundproof panel comprises a noise interference unit(11) and a pressure fixing unit(12). The noise interference unit comprises an artificial turf pad and diffusely reflects noise. The pressure fixing unit is tightly fitted to both exposed longitudinal ends of an H-beam to hold and support the H-beam and fills in a gap between the H-beam and a soundproof panel with elasticity to prevent movement.
