PURPOSE: A pressure control valve is provided to support a diaphragm from inflection points without reduction of hardness because the inflection points of first and second flat parts are set on the inner side of a heat affected zone. CONSTITUTION: A pressure control valve comprises a diaphragm(14) and a first supporting member. The first supporting member comprises a first flat part(21) which contacts the diaphragm within the displacement range of the diaphragm, a tapered part(22) which is arranged on the inner side of the first flat part in a radial direction and declined away from the diaphragm, and a first curved portion(23,25) which is arranged on the inner side of the tapered part in a radial direction and curved away from the diaphragm.
