PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly synthetic construction is provided to have high dimensional stability, and not to be easily cracked, bent, etc, thereby providing light-weight synthetic construction material which is able to be recycled. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly synthetic construction material comprises: a step of drying ramie fiber powder to have water content of 0-3 %, and drying a synthetic resin and a compatibilizer at the same time; a step of manufacturing modified ramie fiber powder by spraying a surface modifier to the ramie fiber powder at 100-110 °C; a step of mixing plastic raw material, the compatibilizer, a lubricant, an antioxidant, a filling material, and a flame retardant to the modified ramie fiber powder; and a step of obtaining extruded synthetic construction material by passing the mixed material through an extruder.
