<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control server with a call means designating function capable of decreasing a load of lines for packets of call data transmitted through a network and designating the call data in use without the need for each telephone terminal to prepare the storage capacity for storing many of the call data used for incoming calls and outgoing calls. <P>SOLUTION: The call control server is provided with call data storage means 1001, 1002, 1003 for storing audio data or image data or character data as the call data in advance associated with a plurality of extension telephone terminals and a call data search means 1007 for searching the call data stored in the call data storage means, and when a call from any extension telephone terminal is received, the call control server searches the call data corresponding to or designated by the extension telephone terminal receiving the call, and designates the searched call data to a connection destination as a call means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
