<p>The assembly has an equilibrated handle installed at one position for loading and unloading product. A cable is connected to an integrated unit of a base (4) and to another position. A guiding unit co-operates with an output cable to guide a connection system along a trajectory by the cable until bringing the connection system in a connection position to a coupling unit.
