<p>PURPOSE: A prefabricated LED module is provided to improve the optical power of light emitted from an LED chip by forming a molding unit and a reflecting member on a surface of a PCB block. CONSTITUTION: An LED device(20) is mounted on a PCB block(10). A wiring pad(30) electrically connects LED modules. A wiring is electrically connected with the wiring pad to supply a voltage to an LED device. An uneven portion having repetitive concave portion and convex portion is formed in one end(210) of a coupling structure(200). An uneven portion is formed to be engaged with one end in the other end(220) of the coupling structure.</p> |
