<p>PURPOSE: A laminating device for installing a diaphragm is provided to reduce time to be consumed for an assembly process by forming an exclusive jig which is necessary for the assembly process into one body. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm for sealing in inside is installed in the lower side of an upper chamber(10) a quadrangle shape. A plurality of clamps is formed on each side of the upper chamber. A plurality of fixing parts is fixed to the clamp in order to maintain tensile strength provided to the diaphragm. A pair of fixing bars(31) is formed on the each side of the upper chamber and actuates power to an external direction of the upper chamber. A lower chamber(40) comprises a heat panel(50). A work piece(60) which is laminated is loaded in the heat panel. A screw controls the tensile strength by putting out the fixing bar to the outside of the upper chamber. A handle is coupled with the screw and controls movement direction and length change of the screw.</p> |
