PURPOSE: A base station and a terminal measuring a channel condition of a sub-band are provided to reduce overhead of a feedback signal of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(221) receives multicast/broadcast signals which are transmitted from a base station(210) through a communication band including N sub bands. A measuring unit(222) generates channel state information by measuring a channel state of N sub bands. A transmitting unit(223) transmits a feedback signal to the base station through the N sub bands. The transmitting unit transmits the feedback signal to the base station.
