PURPOSE: A bus advertisement system interlocked with time and a location and advertisement rights sale method are provided to effectively use restricted advertisement resources by selling various advertisement according to the time and the location. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement terminal(110) includes a GPS(Global Positioning Service) reception unit, a control unit, a memory unit, and an output apparatus(120). The GPS reception unit is installed on a bus in order to receive real location information and time information of the bus from a GPS satellite. The control unit outputs the advertisement information in order to recognize advertisement information interlocked with the time information and the location information. The memory unit stores the advertisement information. The output apparatus outputs the advertisement information by receiving the advertisement information from the advertisement terminal.
