The training system comprises a mobile sensor unit (1) for receiving the movement data or vital signs of the person. An image receiving unit (3) is provided for the movements of the person. The movement of the person takes place corresponding to the images or signals, which are visible to the person on a playback unit (4). A stationary data processing unit (2) is provided, which controls the playback unit. An independent claim is also included for a training method for a person.
