The system has virtual machines (26) which are connected with local devices (23) over external network (21) through communication link (4). A central device (22) connected with the virtual machines, produces start signal after connection of local device with central device through communication link, so as to start the corresponding virtual machine with the identification data transmitted from network device (20) through local network (18) to the local device.
