PURPOSE: A sanitary cleaning device is provided to control a height of a drying nozzle when the drying nozzle moves back and to obtain a compacted a human body drier. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary cleaning device(100) comprises a cleaning nozzle(473) and a casing(400). The cleaning nozzle comprises a spout and cleans a body of a user by jetting water through the spout. The casing houses the cleaning nozzle. A state of the cleaning nozzle is changed from a state of being stored in the casing to a state of being advanced to clean the human body while transiting to a state in which an angle with respect to a horizontal surface of a shaft of the cleaning nozzle.
