A recording unit (20) keeps a plurality of inspection data including the dates of inspections executed. A searching unit (30) extracts inspection data that meets a set condition, from among the plurality of inspection data kept by the recording unit (20). An output unit (60) outputs the result of the search by the searching unit (30). A first refinement unit (32) extracts inspection data that has the inspection date thereof included within a designated first period. A reference data determining unit (34) classifies inspection data extracted by the first refinement unit (32) into each of the persons inspected, and determines one inspection data to be the reference data for each of the persons inspected, according to a prescribed rule. Using the inspection date of the inspection data determined by the reference data determining unit (34) as the reference date, a second refinement unit (36) sets for each of the persons inspected a designated second period in either the past and/or the future direction with respect to the reference date, and extracts inspection data that has the inspection date thereof included within the second period.
