PURPOSE: An intelligent traffic control device is provided to minimize an amount of communications and operations required for maintenance work when a main power source is blocked by separating a power source into the main power source for normal operation and a self power source for diagnosis and recovery work. CONSTITUTION: An opening part is formed on a main body part(21) toward a lower side. A door is installed on the opening part of the main body part. The main body part comprises a solar power generation module, a power charging part, a controller, and a wireless communication part. The power charging part supplies power required for blocking a main power source. The controller monitors states of various devices inside of a housing(20). The wireless communication part transmits current device states.
