PURPOSE: A distribution network system using a satellite location tracking method and distribution method thereof are provided to reduce waiting time of transport vehicles by grasping the location of the transport vehicles in real time. CONSTITUTION: A satellite position tracking apparatus(300) grasps locations of vehicles by using mobile apparatuses installed in plural transport vehicles. A control center(200) communicates the transport vehicles with the distribution materials of an owner by connecting with the satellite position tracking apparatus. A database(400) stores the information of the owners and the transport vehicles by connecting with the control center. A reception unit(210) of the control center receives the distribution materials from the owner.
