A removable clamp for attaching to boat stanchions or guard rails or other vertical fixed object which can be used to support a lifting arm to aid the handling of heavy objects. The clamp includes two clamp plates each of which can sit on opposite sides of a rail. The clamp plates are secured by bolts which pass through corresponding holes in the clamp plates. |
