The present invention provides a device and a method of scaling powder forming. While coating scaling powder with high stickiness on an electrode formed on a substrate, stickiness need to be lowered down for coating. Thereby, set a storage tank that stores and supplies scaling powder for a spray head; a heating mechanism is set in the spray head and in pipeline connecting the two to raise temperature so as to make stickiness of the scaling powder lowered down, and be sprayed out to the substrate; a cooling down mechanism is also provided to make the substrate cooled down rapidly on a workstation, so as to make the scaling powder sprayed on the substrate not flow out. |
