PURPOSE: An advertisement panel is provided to prevent moisture penetration such as rainwater, thereby improving durability and increasing lifetime of components of the advertisement panel. CONSTITUTION: A mainframe(110) arranges an outer frame. An advertisement image sheet is established inside the mainframe. A cover frame(150) is located on the front surface of the advertisement image sheet in order to install a protection sheet for protecting the advertisement image sheet. A sealing member(130) is installed on the boundary of the mainframe in order to prevent moisture penetration to internal space of the mainframe. A pressing protrusion(152) is formed on the cover frame in order to pressurize the sealing member.
