PURPOSE: A rotating soup pot using an electronic induction heating method is provided to heat the pot only with eddy current generated from the bottom of the pot through an electronic induction heating method, thereby reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A rotating soup pot using an electronic induction heating method comprises a base plate(100), a pair of support blocks(200), an outer pot(300), an inner pot, a fixing rod(530), a plurality of induction heaters, and a cover(510). One end of the fixing rod is fixed to the top of the support blocks by a hinge(532) while the other end is fixed to the cover in order to pivot the cover. The plurality of induction heaters having different diameters are concentrically installed in the bottom of the outer pot. The inner pot is formed in a three-layered structure comprising STS445NF and aluminum sheets and has hair lines in order to prevent the sticking of food. The cover closes the inner pot. |
