PURPOSE: Assembling apparatus and method of a normal close solenoid valve for an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) for a vehicle are provided to press-fit the lower outer circumference of a sleeve to the accurate position of the upper outer circumference of a seat housing through a linear gauge and a reference plane. CONSTITUTION: An assembling apparatus of a normal close solenoid valve for an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) for a vehicle comprises an index table(10), an index jig(20), an electric press(30), a linear gauge(40), a reference plane(50), a press driving unit(60) and a control unit(70). The index jig is fixed to the index table. The support of the index jig supports the lower part of a seat housing(2). The electric press press-fits the sleeve to the seat housing with a press-fitting tool(31). The linear gauge lifts with the electric press and is installed on one side of the press-fitting tool. The reference plane is fixed to one side of the index jig to face the linear gauge. The press driving unit drives the electric press. The control unit controls the driving of the press driving unit according to the position of the press-fitting tool.
