PURPOSE: An opening-closing apparatus for a deluge valve for a fire extinguishing equipment is provided to improve the reliability of a closing process after using the deluge valve. CONSTITUTION: An opening-closing apparatus for a deluge valve for a fire extinguishing equipment includes a secluding valve(110), a connection line(120), a first opening-closing valve(130), a branch line(140), and a second opening-closing valve(150). The secluding valve is installed on the front side of an inflow chamber for controlling the inflow of fire extinguishing water. A connection line connects the inflow chamber to a diaphragm chamber, and includes a check valve for flowing the fire extinguishing water toward the diaphragm chamber. The first opening-closing valve installed on a discharging line branched from the connection line, and controls the discharge of the fire extinguishing water. The branch line is connected to the connection line after being branched from the tip-end of the secluding valve. The second opening-closing valve is installed on the branch line for controlling the flow of the fire extinguishing water toward the diaphragm chamber.
