PURPOSE: An insulated conductive particle, and an anisotropic conductive film composition including thereof are provided to form a suitable insulating layer for the conductive particle while avoiding the coherence between the conductive particle. CONSTITUTION: An insulated conductive particle includes a conductive particle, and an insulating resin layer formed on the surface of the conductive particle. The insulating resin layer is formed with an insulated conductive particle(10) including an epoxy reactive functional group in the end. The conductive particle selected from the group consisting the following: metal particle containing Au, Ag, Ni, Cu, and soldering lead; carbon; a particle with a resin particle selected from a polyethylene resin, a polyester resin, a polystyrene resin, and a polyvinyl alcohol resin, coated with metal including Au, Ag, and Ni; and a particle coated with the metal and an insulating particle.
