<p>An optical module (100) having: a first transmission line (27) and a second transmission line, both connected in series to transmit electrical signals; a laser diode element (20); an optical modulator element (21); a termination resistance element (24) for impedance matching; a first bonding wire (31) connecting one end of the first transmission line and the optical modulator element; and a second bonding wire (32) connecting the optical modulator element and the termination resistance element.
