PURPOSE: A lower arm apparatus for an automobile is provided to mold a lower arm easily without the addition of weight through reinforcing a lower arm by using the expansion of an air tube in impact. CONSTITUTION: A lower arm apparatus for an automobile comprises a lower arm(3), an air tube, and a detonator. The lower arm comprises three ends(31, 32, 33) combining an upper panel(3a). The two ends are mounted in the mounting unit of a frame by a bush and the one end is mounted in the lower side of a knuckle by a ball joint. The air tube is installed in the lower arm. The detonator is connected to the air tube. |
