<p>A display panel has an amorphous silicon gate driver. A scanning circuit (500) at one side of the display panel has attached thereto a gate line (G1-Gn+1) at the output of each stage (SR1-SRn+1). A variable capacitor (Vsc) is formed at the other end of the gate line to prevent the deterioration of display quality due to high temperature noise. A predetermined level of capacitance is provided to the variable capacitor to the reduce ripple of gate voltage and eliminate the high temperature noise. Further included at the end of each gate line is a circuit for discharging charge to a low level, the discharging being controlled by the voltage applied to the next gate line.</p> |
